We are a direct import Mercedes Sprinter conversion parts warehouse located in Kalispell, Montana. In the import business for over 13 years we know how to locate quality manufactures and negotiate low prices so that we can pass savings along to our valued customers.

Payment Methods We gladly accept most major credit cards through our merchant account as well as online payments through PayPal. You may also mail your personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. Personal Checks/Money Orders: Personal checks or Money orders sent to our main office in Kalispell, Montana, must include your email address and order number. This number as well as our mailing address can be found on the invoice you will receive from us after you have made your purchase. You should also include your name and physical address, so that we may ship your package without any delays. For personal checks, please allow 10 days for clearing prior to shipment.
Shipping & Handling U.S. Customers: All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail within 1 business day. Most orders should arrive in 3-7 days. International Customers: All Non-U.S. orders are shipped via USPS International Shipping within 1 business day. Customer is responsible for any tax or duties. Other Taxes: Sales tax does not apply to U.S. destinations. For non-US destinations import duties or taxes in your country may apply.
Return Policy If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the S&H charges are not refundable.
